Description: This course will focus on the future of employee benefits and how brokers play a role in it. We will discuss many of the forces at work that are changing our industry, what employers are facing when offering benefits and what disruptors and solutions are emerging. We will learn about what is new and different in benefits strategy, design, subsidization and delivery and how we must evolve to meet our needs, our client’s needs and the needs of a changing workforce to continue to provide value to their clients.
