Description: The Employee Benefits Security Administration’s mission is to assure the security of the retirement, health, and other workplace related benefits of America’s workers and their families. We accomplish this by developing effective regulations; vigorously enforcing the law; and assisting and educating workers, plan sponsors, fiduciaries and service providers. This course was developed as one of those education opportunities to help fiduciaries understand their responsibilities and what they should expect if EBSA is investigating them or a plan they offer.
